Diptyque is seeking a Sales Administration Manager for its Italy Commercial Department based in Milan. You will manage end-to-end export orders, coordinate with clients and transport providers, monitor stock and batch freshness, and ensure regulatory compliance for perfumes and cosmetics, while supporting Retail and Wholesale channels and HQ information flows.

With 3+ years in Sales Administration in a luxury environment, you will be analytical, results-driven, and highly organized.
