pOn behalf of our client, an international group operating in the specialty chemicals sector, we are looking for a bGlobal Sourcing Manager. /b /ppThe role will lead the global sourcing strategy for raw materials and oversee key procurement categories, ensuring cost competitiveness, supply continuity and risk mitigation. Working closely with Operations, Supply Chain, RD, Regulatory, Commercial and Finance, the role will act as a trusted advisor to leadership on market trends, supply risks and sourcing opportunities. /ph3Responsibilities /h3ulliDevelop and execute global sourcing strategies for raw materials while overseeing procurement activities for packaging, contract manufacturing, and selected indirect spend categories /liliEstablish procurement governance, best practices, and continuous improvement initiatives across the organization /liliBuild and lead a Procurement Center of Excellence (CoE) to strengthen capabilities, consistency, and procurement excellence /liliSupport innovation and new product development through supplier partnerships and alternative material sourcing /liliLead supplier qualification, selection, negotiations, contracting, and strategic supplier relationship management /liliDrive supplier performance, cost competitiveness, quality, innovation, and service through effective performance management processes /liliMonitor commodity markets, regulatory developments, transportation trends,



and geopolitical factors impacting supply and cost structures /liliIdentify supply risks and implement mitigation strategies to ensure business continuity and reliable access to critical materials /liliProvide market intelligence and strategic sourcing recommendations to leadership while partnering with cross-functional teams to support business growth and operational excellence /li /ulh3Your Profile /h3pRequirements and Skills: /pulliMinimum 10 years of experience in Procurement, Strategic Sourcing, or Supply Chain Management /liliProven success leading global sourcing initiatives, supplier negotiations, and contract management /liliStrong expertise in strategic sourcing, market analysis, supplier relationship management, and procurement best practices /liliExperience developing and managing KPIs that drive cost efficiencies and service improvements /liliExperience in specialty chemicals, agricultural chemicals, crop protection, or specialty chemical manufacturing is strongly preferred /liliBachelor’s Degree in Supply Chain, Business, or a related field, or equivalent experience /liliFluent in English and Italian /liliStrong leadership, communication, analytical, and stakeholder management skills, with a high level of integrity and accountability /li /ulh3Contract and Compensation: /h3pEmployment under CCNL Industria Chimica – Chimico Farmaceutica - Quadro /ppIndicative salary range: €57.000 – €72.000 gross per year, defined according to the candidate’s experience and qualifications. /ppMBO of 15% of the annual gross salary. /ph3Location: /h3pNorthern province of Bologna /pp“Candidates, in compliance with Legislative Decree 198/2006, 215/2003 and 216/2003, are invited to read the privacy notice available below the data request form on the application page (EU Regulation No. 2016/679). /ppThe job offer is open to candidates of all genders, in compliance with Legislative Decree 198/2006 and current regulations on equal opportunities.
