pFor an Italian Industrial Company operating worldwide, specialized in the design and manufacturing of high-performance engines and propulsion systems for the highway, off-road and marine business sectors, we are looking for a: /ppbBUSINESS DEVELOPER / KAM – Powertrain /b /ppThe successful candidate will be responsible for identifying and developing new business opportunities, strengthening relationships with existing customers and partners, and contributing to the company's growth strategy in international markets with a specific focus on the Industrial, Off-Highway, Marine, and Special Applications sectors. /pulliIdentify and develop new business opportunities in target markets and customer segments; /liliManage and develop relationships with existing and prospective customers, partners, and key stakeholders; /liliAnalyze market trends, competitive dynamics, customer needs, and emerging business opportunities; /liliDevelop and implement business development strategies aligned with company objectives; /liliLead commercial discussions and support the negotiation of contracts and commercial agreements; /liliCoordinate with Engineering, RD, Product Management, Operations, Purchasing, and other relevant functions to develop customer-specific solutions; /liliSupport the identification of new applications, markets, and strategic partnerships for the company's products and technologies; /liliParticipate in industry events, trade fairs,
and customer meetings to strengthen the company's market presence and identify new opportunities; /liliContribute to the definition of pricing, positioning, and go-to-market strategies for new products and applications; /liliEnsure effective communication and alignment between customers and internal stakeholders throughout the business development process. /li /ulpbSkills: /b /pulliUniversity degree in Engineering, Economics, Business Administration, or a related discipline; /liliPrevious experience in bBusiness Development, Sales, Key Account Management, or Commercial roles /b, preferably within the automotive, industrial, powertrain, or mobility sectors; /liliProven experience in developing new business opportunities and managing complex B2B sales processes; /liliAbility to interact effectively with both technical and commercial stakeholders; /liliExcellent negotiation, communication, and presentation skills; /liliStrong analytical and business-oriented approach, with the ability to identify market opportunities and translate them into actionable business plans; /liliFluency in English; knowledge of additional languages is considered a plus; /liliAvailability to travel internationally; /li /ulpbLocation: /bEastern Province of Ferrara, on site /ppWilling to travel internationally up to 50% of the time /p #J-18808-Ljbffr
