SALES ASSISTANT_Boutique Venezia Salary (Full-Time Equivalent): Gross annual salary of €26,000 (Full-Time Equivalent), in accordance with the applicable National Collective Labour Agreement (CCNL Pelli e Cuoio Industria).
For tempo parziale positions, the salary will be pro-rated according to the agreed

Reports to: Sales Manager Type of Contract: Tempo det. PT 30 ore Main duties: To provide consistent and exceptional standard of customer service in the store.
The Role: To maximize sales for the store; To develop enduring relationships with clients; To provide product, promotion, and pricing information by clarifying customer request; To approach customers and offer them advice and support on product to persuade them to buy; To managepromotional allowance, rebate,



and pricing discrepancies by researching promotion details and regular and special prices; To understand and be able to advise customers on smart professional dress and appearance; To resolve order and inventory problems by investigating data and history; To handlereturns of merchandise; To maintain a clean and orderly environment in the store at the highest standard; To support the team on the general operations of the "Piquadro" store; To arrange merchandise on shelves according to popularity and other criteria; To operate cashregisters and close daily revenues; To maintain customer database by inputting customer profile and updates; To go the"extra mile" to meet targets.
