Offer Description
The activity will focus on the design and optimization of high-efficiency radio-frequency (RF) power amplifiers for 5G communication systems.
The study will include the analysis of advanced power amplifier architectures,
with particular emphasis on solutions combining high energy efficiency and linearity, such as Doherty power amplifiers, advanced operating classes, and back-off efficiency enhancement techniques.
The candidate will be involved in circuit-level simulations, electromagnetic design of RF componentes, performance optimization, and validation through dedicated microwave computer-aided design tools
