Key Responsibilities
): /h3 ul libStrategic Roadmap Development: /b Collaborate with executive stakeholders to identify high‑value AI use cases and align them with long‑term business objectives and ROI targets. /li libGovernance Framework Design: /b Build and implement robust AI governance structures, including accountability models (RACI), policy guidelines, and ethical review processes. /li libRegulatory Compliance Risk Management: /b Lead cross‑functional assessments to ensure alignment with global standards (e.g., EU AI Act, GDPR, NIST RMF) and mitigate risks related to bias, privacy, and security. /li libEthical Oversight Transparency: /b Develop rubrics for Model Explainability and Fairness, ensuring that AI‑driven decisions are traceable, unbiased, and socially responsible. /li libOrganizational Change Literacy:
