Key Responsibilities
Recruit and train Tour Guides aligned with our Company Values Build and maintain hiring and training plans to support all products needs Lead Tour Guide meetings and training sessions both in-office and on the road Create individualized training plans for new Tour Guides Support, inspire, and coach the existing Tour Guide team to achieve excellence Conduct live coaching via phone, Microsoft Teams, and in person Ride along on tours to assess and support on-the-ground performance Assign Tour Guides based on performance and operational requirements Address underperformance when necessary Engage with travelers during tours Provide 24/7 emergency support to Tour Guides Manage administrative tasks while traveling and in the office Review passenger feedback to inform coaching plans Deliver weekly reports to Regional Leadership Key Requirements Experience in corporate culture–driven hiring and training Demonstrated ability to lead, motivate, and develop people to achieve high-quality results Strong prioritization and decision-making skills Ability to conduct effective 1:1 communication using feedback models Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment Confident public speaking and presentation skills Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel Ability to travel as required Travel industry experience preferred Please note that your application and CV should be in English.
