Golden Goose is seeking a passionate HR Controller to join our HR Planning & Control team in Marghera (VE).

You will partner with HR and Finance, perform workforce analytics, build business cases, and contribute to budgeting and forecasting for all HR-related xjncmbx costs.
Ideal candidates have 1–3 years in HR Controlling or FP&A;, a relevant degree, and strong Excel
