* Superviseandcoordinatekitchenstaff,includingchefs,cooks,andkitchenassistants,assigningtasks,providingtraining,andensuringsmoothoperationsduringservice.
* Managefoodinventorylevels,monitorstockrotation,andminimizewastebyimplementingeffectiveinventorycontrolmeasures.
* Monitorfoodcosts,analyzevariances,andimplementcost-savinginitiativeswithoutcompromisingqualityorguestsatisfaction.
* Ensurecompliancewithfoodsafetyregulations,sanitationstandards,andhygienepracticestomaintainacleanandsafeworkingenvironment.

* Mentoranddevelopkitchenstaff,providingongoingtraining,feedback,andopportunitiesforcareeradvancementtofosteraskilledandmotivatedteam.
* Collaboratewithrestaurantmanagement,suppliers,andotherdepartmentstocoordinatekitchenoperations,planspecialevents,andachieveoverallbusinessobjectives.
* Conductregularperformanceevaluationsofkitchenstaff,recognizeachievements,addressareasforimprovement,andmaintainhighmoraleandproductivity.
