Select how often (in days) to receive an alert: Title: Operations Analyst Description: Position Summary The candidate will support the efficient execution of site activities by coordinating administrative processes, procurement support, supplier registration and local operational projects.

Key Responsibilities
* Provide timely and accurate support for Purchase Order (PO) creation and processing in SAP.
* Support the registration and onboarding of new subcontractors and suppliers within TCI systems.
* Assist Operations, Maintenance, and HSE teams in the implementation of local projects and improvement initiatives.
* Coordinate project activities, monitor progress, and support communication among stakeholders.




* Ensure accurate and timely issuance of invoices and management of local administrative activities.
* Maintain accurate records, documentation, and reporting ensuring compliance with company procedures. Requirements
* High school Diploma (Minimum) or Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or Engineering.
* Experience with SAP and IVALUA is a plus.
* Strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
* Ability to manage multiple priorities and work effectively with cross-functional stakeholders.
* Good communication skills and a proactive, service-oriented approach. #J-18808-Ljbffr
