The successful candidate will join the Marni Retail Team and support the analysis of stores’ commercial and financial performance. By collecting and interpreting sales, inventory and margin data, he/she will provide management with insights to support commercial decisions, planning and profitability improvement.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
* Collect, validate and consolidate data from stores, the e-commerce channel and internal systems, ensuring accuracy and consistency.
* Analyze performance on a daily, weekly, monthly and seasonal basis by geographical area, country, channel and store, monitoring KPIs and variances against targets, budget, forecast and previous periods.
* Monitor sell-out, sell-through, stock exposure and product turnover, identifying risks and opportunities and recommending corrective actions.
* Analyze directly operated stores’ performance in line with their market segmentation and geographical specificities.
* Prepare and update regular reports,
dashboards and presentations on business performance and key KPIs.
* Translate complex analyses into clear summaries and actionable recommendations for management and commercial teams.
* Contribute to the development and improvement of reporting tools and processes, working closely with cross-functional teams.
* Become the go-to resource for updates and report creation in Power BI. REQUIREMENTS
* Experience in business analysis and retail reporting within the retail sector.
* A degree in Statistics, Mathematics, Data Science or a related field.
* Strong knowledge of key retail KPIs and the ability to analyze commercial and financial data, including sales, inventory, margins, costs and profit and loss statements.
* Advanced proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint; knowledge of Power BI or other business intelligence tools.
