In this role you will build and grow relationships with restaurant partners, acting as a trusted advisor to help them succeed on Glovo. You will leverage data-driven insights and cross-functional collaboration to optimize partnerships and drive revenue growth. You’ll own the onboarding process and work closely with Marketing, Operations, Finance, and Customer Service to deliver tailored solutions. The position offers meaningful impact by shaping partner performance and profitability within a fast-paced, diverse team.

Responsabilità
- Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with restaurant partners
- Analyze partner performance and use insights to drive growth and profitability
- Lead revenue growth through targeted promotions, marketing activations, and menu optimization
- Own partner onboarding in the app, from store setup to first days of operation
- Collaborate with internal teams to deliver customized solutions for partners
- Manage communications and strategic guidance aligned with partners' goals
Requisiti fondamentali
- 2-3 years in high-performance account/sales management or business consultancy
- Experience in FMCG, food-hospitality, or on-demand delivery preferred
- Bachelor in Business Administration or related fields is a plus
- Data-driven problem solver with strong analytical skills
- Highly organized with time management and prioritization abilities
- Proficient with Google Suite; Salesforce is a plus
- Native Italian and English proficiency
