CAREL is seeking a Supplier Quality professional to join the team and drive quality performance across the supply chain, collaborating with Procurement, R&D; and Quality to qualify suppliers, monitor manufacturing processes, and promote corrective actions.

You will support supplier qualification, monitor KPI trends, and lead corrective actions using structured problem-solving methods xjncmbx such as 8D, while ensuring PPAP processes and manufacturing validations meet our quality standards.
