Customer Contract Manager
to manage the end-to-end client contract lifecycle, including request-to-cash activities, service setup, governance, commercial management, process optimisation, and organic growth.
Key responsibilities:
Manage client contracts, governance, obligations, risks, quality, and profitability.
Design and optimise request-to-cash processes.
Lead client engagement and coordinate cross-functional, geographically distributed teams.
Support solution design, service creation, commercial proposals, and contract growth.
Drive continuous improvement and operational efficiency.
Requirements:
Minimum
5 years of client-facing experience
in the telecom or IT industry.
Strong client relationship, negotiation, leadership, and stakeholder management skills.
Experience in contract management, process optimisation, financial management, and matrix teams.
Degree in Business, Science, or a relevant discipline.
ITIL certification preferred; PMP, PRINCE2, Six Sigma,



or similar certifications are advantageous.

Understand client requests

Improve processes and service quality
, using standard company methods where possible.
Coordinate the client relationship and internal teams
, including communication, meetings, risks, reporting, and contract commitments.
Support account performance and growth
