P Job description ulli Manage mechanical work packages throughout the construction lifecycle, including installation, coordination, quality assurance and handover. /lili Oversee mechanical subcontractors, monitoring site activities, workforce levels, progress and programme delivery. /lili Coordinate mechanical installation works with engineering teams, project managers, consultants and other contractors. /lili Ensure compliance with site health and safety requirements, quality standards, technical specifications and QA/QC procedures. /lili Manage mechanical project schedules, identifying potential delays, design issues and risks to successful delivery. /lili Oversee technical documentation, construction drawings, BIM coordination, RFIs and installation work packs. /lili Support commercial management, including subcontractor procurement, labour, materials, variations and cost control in conjunction with the commercial team. /lili Coordinate inspections, snagging, commissioning-related handover activities and final project documentation, including OM manuals and as-built drawings. /li /ulp Required profile /pulli Minimum 5 years' experience working with an established engineering or construction contractor. /lili Experience coordinating mechanical construction works and managing subcontractors on complex projects. /lili Strong understanding of mechanical installation processes, engineering drawings, project specifications and site quality requirements.
