Fontanelle Estate is the Bolfo Family’s brand, which includes Hotel Le Fontanelle (5-star), the Vallepicciola winery, and the new 5-star luxury hotel, The Club House, inaugurated in May 2022.

We offer
a unique experience, focused on luxury and relaxation, in a place of exceptional beauty. Location The Wellness Sanctuary at Hotel The Club House Employment Type Full-time, on-site. Position We are seeking a Wellness Concierge to join our Spa team for the 2025 season. The ideal candidate has a strong passion for luxury hospitality, exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, and a positive, open-minded attitude. He/she is determined to provide the highest quality spa services our property has to offer.

Key Responsibilities
- Organize and handle overall spa operations such as reservations, spa tours, and inquiries with the support and supervision of the Wellness Manager.
- Greet and assist all guests before and after their treatments.




- Assist guests with appropriate retail selections and upsell items, promoting The Wellness Sanctuary's services, programs and products.
- Promptly answer the telephone and handle guest requests in person and via email in a courteous and professional manner. Requirements
- Professional and courteous.
- Kind and empathetic approach.
- Excellent written and spoken English.
- Office and computer skills and experience with Opera//Fidelio programs preferred.
- Strong organizational skills.
- Genuine, friendly, service-oriented attitude while maintaining the highest standards according to The Wellness Sanctuary procedures.
- Availability to work shifts, weekends and holidays. Driver's license and car ownership.
