You will build the custom platforms and management systems companies run on, and grow BLUstack, the modular platform behind our software. The work runs from data models and integrations to the dashboards people open every morning, and more and more often it connects to the AI agents built next door.

What you will do.

- 01 Build management systems, dashboards and integrations end to end.
- 02 Design data models and APIs that other teams can build on.
- 03 Grow BLUstack, so every new project starts further ahead.
- 04 Connect platforms to AI agents and to the tools teams already use.
- 05 Own quality: tests, reviews, performance and security.
- 06 Ship in small steps, and write down how things work.
What you bring.

You have
- Strong front-end and back-end experience, with shipped work you can show.
- Confidence with relational data, APIs and integrations.
- A habit of testing and documenting.
- AI tools in your daily engineering work.
- Ecommerce or operations software.
- Interest in hardware and connected devices.
- Italian or Mandarin.
