Fiorucci, which officially returned to Italy in 2022, embarks on a new and exciting chapter in its rich history under the leadership of its new CEO, Alessandro Pisani, and Creative Director, Francesca Murri The Marketing & Communications Specialist supports the CMO in the planning, coordination and execution of brand content, marketing and communication activities. The role translates the creative and strategic direction set by the CMO into well-coordinated, tangible outputs, working closely with internal teams and external partners to ensure the smooth and timely delivery of projects. This is a highly operational and collaborative role, requiring strong organizational and project coordination skills, attention to detail, visual sensitivity, and a genuine interest in fashion, culture and contemporary communication. The Marketing & Communications Specialist will play a key role in facilitating communication across departments and coordinating external agencies, suppliers, partners and other stakeholders.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES Support the planning, coordination and rollout of seasonal marketing campaigns.
Assist the CMO in developing and maintaining the marketing and content calendar.
Coordinate with E-commerce and other relevant teams to ensure alignment of content, campaigns and key launches.
Assist in preparing campaign briefs, presentations, status updates and reports.
Support the coordination and production of brand content and communication materials.
Provide logistical and organizational support for brand events, pop-ups, shootings and other activations. Provide on-site support during events, including setup, coordination and guest hosting.
Coordinate sample send-outs, product seeding and gifting activities, liaising with PR agencies and other communication partners, ensuring a smooth and timely flow of information.
Support research and coordination of potential brand partners, collaborators and cultural initiatives.
Assist in the coordination of collaborations and partnership projects.
Maintain marketing calendars, project trackers and team documentation.
Support budget monitoring and invoice processing in coordination with the relevant internal teams.
Coordinate with internal and external partners to ensure all event requirements are in place.
Provide day-to-day organizational and administrative support to the CMO
ESSENTIAL SKILLS & REQUIREMENTS - Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, Fashion, or a related field.
- +4 years' experience in marketing & communications.
- Strong organisational and multitasking skills.
- Excellent communication skills (English & Italian )
- Passion for fashion, art, culture
- Familiarity with social media platforms and digital marketing basics.
- Enthusiastic, proactive, and eager to learn in a fast-paced environment.
