ph3Overview /h3 pWe are looking for a bSenior Associate /b that helps clients fulfill complex financial reporting and tax requirements by combining technical expertise, mastery of sophisticated valuation methodologies, industry knowledge, objectivity and independence. We closely monitor the regulatory landscape and are deeply involved in the development of valuation industry standards and best practices that impact our clients. /p h3Responsibilities /h3 ul liPerforming valuation analysis for a wide range of private and public corporate clients. /li liUnderstanding the client’s business model and strategy, as well as the industry challenges. /li liInterviewing clients to gather data and information pertinent to the engagement. /li liAnalysing financial statements and business plans. /li liSelecting and applying the most appropriate valuation approaches depending on the purpose of the valuation and the context. /li liPreparing and presenting the results of the analysis in a clear, concise and argued manner. /li liSupervising and mentoring junior staff for analyses, reports, and presentations. /li liBuilding client relationships and acting as a direct contact with current and prospective clients. /li liDrafting proposals, presentations and publications communicated to current and prospective clients. /li liBachelor’s or Master’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business Administration (with a concentration in Accounting or Finance),
Management (with a concentration in Accounting or Finance) or MBA from an accredited college or university. /li liComputer proficiency and ability to maximize applications such as Microsoft Word and Excel. /li liStrong analytical, critical thinking and problem-solving skills. /li liAbility to master new tasks and industries quickly. /li liDemonstrated leadership experience and strong personal integrity. /li liAbility to prioritize tasks, work on multiple assignments and manage rapidly changing assignments in a team environment. /li liCommitment to obtaining outstanding results. /li liExcellent written and verbal communication skills that help represent diverse communities. /li liExperience working with diverse teams. /li /ul h3About Kroll /h3 pJoin the global leader in risk and financial advisory solutions—Kroll.
