- Contract Global Recruitment at Leap 29 My Client is a large international EPCM who are working on a project in Libya. Due to expansion, the Client is searching for a Telecoms Engineer for a 12‑month renewable contract to be based in Milan, Italy where the Feed stage is being executed. 10+ years of experience in a specific discipline ~ Bachelor’s degree or equivalent ~ Minimum 5 years of offshore experience ~ Experience in design, engineering and construction projects Review Telecoms system, technical specifications, data sheets and drawings Prepare Telecom equipment material requisitions and technical bid evaluations Prepare FATs and supervise installation and commissioning Troubleshoot and support plant operations with system upgrades and configuration changes Maintain telecom documentation including network diagrams Be familiar with PAGA, CCTV, IP networking, fibre optics and structured cabling Mid‑Senior level Full‑time Consulting
