ppAs Senior Asset Manager, you will be the single point of accountability for the operational, technical, and financial performance of a portfolio of utility-scale solar assets. Acting as the link between Operations, Performance, Finance, Legal, HSE, and external stakeholders, you will ensure assets achieve optimal energy production, remain fully compliant, and deliver strong returns for investors. /p pThis is a strategic position with significant exposure to fund-level decision-making, risk management, and asset optimization initiatives. /p h3KEY RESPONSIBILITIES /h3 ul liDrive operational performance by monitoring KPIs such as availability, Performance Ratio (PR), inverter uptime, degradation, and energy yield. /li liEnsure compliance with PPAs, subsidy schemes, regulatory obligations, ESG requirements, and HSE standards. /li liOversee commercial aspects of OM agreements, service providers, warranties, and asset optimization initiatives. /li liPrepare and deliver clear performance, risk, and governance reporting to investors, lenders, and clients. /li liPromote operational excellence through continuous improvement, best-practice sharing, and standardized asset management processes. /li /ul h3SKILLS COMPETENCIES /h3 pTo be successful in this role, you will demonstrate: /p ul libExcellent communication and presentation skills (in English and Italian)

- you need to be comfortable with IT systems and working with data, particularly Excel. /li libPassion for our mission /b 'to generate a more sustainable future by leading the transition to clean energy. /bbe a leader, build trust, be responsible, be innovative and 'bring your alpha'. /li /ul h3EXPERIENCE QUALIFICATIONS /h3 ul liBachelor’s degree in engineering, finance, renewable energy or related discipline. /li liSignificant experience (5+ years) in asset management, infrastructure operations or renewable energy portfolio management. /li liIn depth knowledge of the Italian solar market, with strong understanding , experience and k nowledge of Italian regulatory compliance requirements and processes. /li liExperience in budgeting, financial performance management and commercial oversight. /li liAbility to provide structured commercial inputs into financial modelling and reporting processes. /li /ul h3WHAT
