Client Assistance: Deliver exceptional support to Italian-speaking clients via phone, email, and chat, promptly addressing their needs and resolving issues. Data Recording: Maintain accurate records of client interactions and feedback in our CRM system. Foster strong relationships with clients, ensuring high levels of satisfaction and loyalty.



Team Collaboration: Collaborate with colleagues and other departments to ensure smooth service delivery and a positive client experience. Language Proficiency: Native-level fluency in Italian, with at least B2-level English proficiency. Eligibility: Must possess EU citizenship or a Portuguese residence card.

Experience:
