The Manufacturing Process Engineer willhelp shape the future performance and agility of our Leather Goods production network in Italy. This role plays a key part in driving operational excellence, improving manufacturing performance and supporting sustainable growth across internal teams and external partners. You will work across functions to identify opportunities, implement meaningful improvements and help ensure our production processes deliver the highest standards of quality, efficiency and craftsmanship. Your expertise will also contribute to process optimisation initiatives and the ongoing development of business systems.
Monitor manufacturing performance and drive improvement initiatives that enhance operational efficiency and effectiveness. Support continuous improvement within cutting operations through lean manufacturing principles and data-led decision making. Collaborate with planning, purchasing, quality, logistics and production teams to reduce lead times and address operational challenges. Define and track key production KPIs, delivering insightful reporting to support performance and change initiatives. Degree in Management Engineering or a related discipline, or equivalent relevant experience. Experience within a manufacturing environment, ideally gained in process improvement, industrial engineering or production-focused roles. Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate data into practical business insights. Experience supporting organisational change and continuous improvement initiatives. Confidence building collaborative relationships across multiple teams and stakeholders.
