Architect / Project Manager

The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing the entire construction project lifecycle, coordinating teams throughout the various project phases, and demonstrating strong design, technical, and project management skills.

Key responsibilities

- Lead project teams and conduct meetings with clients.
- Develop architectural designs and construction documentation.
- Manage projects from concept development through to completion.
- Serve as the main point of contact for all technical matters.
- Coordinate with clients, consultants, contractors, and other stakeholders.
- Ensure compliance with applicable Italian planning regulations and procedures.

Qualifications

- Bachelor’s degree in Architecture or Engineering.
- 4–6 years of proven professional experience.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD and 3D/BIM software, particularly Revit.
- Strong technical, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
- Experience participating in design meetings with clients, consultants, and contractors.
- Excellent teamwork and communication skills, with an ambitious, collaborative, and flexible attitude.
- Knowledge of Italian planning regulations and approval procedures.
- Fluency in both Italian and English.
