Junior Air export - Operations

KWE Italy is looking for an Air Export Operator to join our office in Milano (Pioltello).

Job profile:

- Complete processing of air shipments, from the pickup of goods to arrival at the destination; providing information and updates to clients regarding shipment operations; Supporting the sales department in negotiating rates and quotes for services.
- Provide excellence in customer service and a first place of contact for client inquiries, concerns and complaints. Special attention to key assigned accounts.
- Participate in proactive team efforts to achieve departmental and company goals.
- Building of airlines relationships, negotiations where needed.
- Complete accurate monthly reports as requested by management and customers.
- Booking of shipments; Organizing loading plans.
- Following of customs compliance rules.
- Direct contact with clients, KWE offices and destination correspondents.
- The candidate will independently manage the shipment processes from booking to invoicing.

Key Qualifications:

- At least 1-2 years of experience in the air export department at international freight forwarding companies.
- Good attitude and good overall character
- Fluent English , both written and spoken, which will be assessed during the interview.
- Good proficiency in the MS Office suite.
