pTFS HealthScience is a leading global mid-size Contract Research Organization (CRO) that partners with biotechnology and pharmaceutical companies throughout their entire clinical development journey. ppThe Project Management Associate (PMA) is aligned to and managed under the assigned therapeutic business unit. The PMA will function operationally as a member of the study team and provide administrative support to the Project Manager (PM) /ph3Key Responsibilities /h3ulliSupport the planning, setup, execution, and close-out of clinical studies, ensuring timelines, quality standards, and regulatory requirements are met. /liliProvide administrative and operational support to Project Managers, Clinical Research Managers, and CRAs. /liliAssist with vendor management, investigator payments, invoice tracking, and financial reconciliation. /liliSupport regulatory submissions, audits, inspections, and document translation processes. /liliAct as a central point of contact for study teams and sponsors, fostering effective collaboration and communication. /li /ulh3Qualifications /h3ulliPrevious experience as a CTA or in another entry-level role within a major CRO, such as ICON, PPD, IQVIA or Syneos Health. /liliMotivated individuals looking to develop their careers, take on new challenges and grow professionally. /liliA genuine interest in progressing toward a Project Manager career path in the long term. /liliStrong Excel skills, including experience managing multiple trackers and spreadsheets, as well as using formulas, pivot tables and macros. /liliInterest in leveraging AI tools to improve efficiency, streamline processes and generate innovative ideas. /liliComfortable working in a client-facing environment. /li /ulh3What
