- architectural, structural, fire is a full-time, on-site role based in Morbegno. This role involves developing architectural and structural design concepts, preparing detailed construction drawings, and integrating fire safety considerations into project designs. The designer collaborates with engineers, architects, and project managers to coordinate plans, resolve design issues, and ensure compliance with applicable codes and standards. Day-to-day tasks include drafting and revising drawings, reviewing technical specifications, supporting urban planning activities, and participating in design reviews and client meetings as needed.
Qualifications
• Strong foundation in Architecture and Architectural Design, with the ability to create functional and compliant design solutions.
• Proficiency in Construction Drawings and Drawing, including preparation of detailed plans, sections, and elevations.
• Knowledge of Urban Planning principles and their application to building and site design.
• Experience or familiarity with structural and fire safety design considerations and relevant building codes.
• Ability to use industry-standard design and drafting software (e.g., CAD/BIM tools).
• Excellent attention to detail, analytical skills, and problem-solving abilities.
• Effective communication and collaboration skills for working in multidisciplinary teams on-site.
• Relevant degree or diploma in architecture, engineering, or a related field; professional registration or progress toward it is an advantage.
• Use of CAD
• Use of FEM softwares (SAP 2000)
• BIM is a plus
• english proficiency is a plus
