Swisslog Healthcare is seeking a proactive order-fulfillment specialist to manage spare parts orders from receipt to delivery.
You'll be the primary contact for customers and collaborate with Supply Chain and Logistics to ensure on-time delivery and high service quality.
You will register and confirm external customer orders, ensure compliance with the order process, and proactively resolve execution issues while keeping stakeholders informed with regular reports.
