The role
We're growing fast, and we plan to roughly double the team over the next 12 months. We're looking for a Talent Acquisition Lead to make that happen and make it happen well. This is a hands-on, results-driven role. You'll own hiring end to end across every function, from Sales and Customer Success to Product and Engineering. You'll work directly with the founders and department leads to turn growth plans into hiring plans, and turn those plans into people who join.
You'll measure yourself on outcomes: roles filled, speed, and the quality of the people we bring in. If you're energized by ambitious targets, a full pipeline and a fast pace, keep reading. What you will own Hiring plan and delivery Translate the company's growth plan into a clear hiring roadmap with priorities, timelines and capacity. Own delivery against it, and keep founders and hiring managers aligned on progress.
Full-cycle recruitment Run the complete process across all functions: intake with hiring managers, sourcing, screening, interviews, assessment, offer and close. Manage multiple open roles in parallel without losing quality or candidate experience. Sourcing and pipeline Find and engage great people proactively, including those who aren't looking.
Build talent pools for our recurring roles so we're never starting from zero. Use every channel well: Linked In, referrals, communities, events, and AI-powered sourcing tools.
Process, data and tools Set up structured, fair interview processes and train hiring managers to run them. Own our ATS and recruiting stack. Track the metrics that matter (time-to-hire, funnel conversion, offer acceptance, quality of hire) and use them to keep improving. Employer brand and candidate experience Make Skillvue a company top candidates want to join: through compelling job posts, a strong careers presence, and a candidate experience that people talk about, whether they get the offer or not.
Who you are
You have 5+ years in talent acquisition, including time in a fast-growing startup or scale-up where you hired at pace. You have run full-cycle recruitment across multiple functions, ideally including commercial and technical roles. You're a strong sourcer and a strong closer. You know how to get the attention of people who aren't looking, and how to get the right ones to say yes. You're data-driven. You know your funnel numbers and use them to make decisions and push hiring managers when needed. You're organized and resilient, and you can juggle many roles, stakeholders and priorities at once. You're credible with founders and senior leaders, and comfortable challenging them. B2 B Saa S or HR tech experience is a plus. We're a Milan-born company with a growing international team and client base. Excellent English is a must. Italian is a premio, not a requirement.
