/p h3Position purpose /h3 pAs a Spa Receptionist Supervisor, you will be one of the first and most important points of contact for our Spa guests.
/p pYour role is to create a sense of calm, warmth and genuine connection from the very first interaction.
With an intuitive understanding of luxury hospitality, you will anticipate the needs of our guests, personalize their experience and ensure that every detail is handled with care and discretion.
/p pBeyond the reception desk, you will be a trusted presence within the Spa team, supporting the Spa Manager and colleagues in delivering a seamless, effortless and deeply personal experience.

/li liTake the time to understand each guest's preferences, expectations and individual needs.
/li liAnticipate requests and respond proactively, ensuring that guests feel recognized and genuinely cared for.
/li liDevelop meaningful relationships with returning guests and maintain a strong awareness of their preferences.
/li liEnsure that every interaction reflects the highest standards of Aman hospitality.
/li liMaintain absolute discretion and confidentiality when interacting with VIPs and high-profile guests.
/li liManage the Spa reception with confidence, elegance and attention to detail.
/li liCoordinate treatment reservations, changes, cancellations and waiting lists.
/li liEnsure seamless communication between reception, therapists and the wider Spa team.
/li liMaintain an accurate awareness of the day's appointments, guest preferences, special occasions and operational priorities.
/li liMaintain a deep knowledge of all treatments, wellness experiences, facilities and products available within the Spa.
/li liEnsure the Spa reception and surrounding areas are always immaculate and presented in accordance with Aman standards.
/li liWork closely with other hotel departments to ensure a seamless experience for every guest.
/li liContribute to Spa revenue through appropriate upselling and cross-selling while always protecting the integrity of the guest experience.
/li liSupport the Spa Manager in the daily supervision and coordination of the Spa Reception team.
/li liLead by example and maintain consistently high standards of guest service and professional conduct.
/li liCoordinate daily assignments, priorities and shift responsibilities to ensure smooth operations.
/li liConduct or support daily briefings and communicate relevant guest, operational and departmental information to the team.
/li liCoach and guide Reception colleagues in guest service, Spa procedures, treatment knowledge and service standards.
/li liMonitor service standards and provide constructive feedback to team members where appropriate.
/li /ul h3Experience skills /h3 ul liPrevious experience in a luxury hotel Spa, wellness environment or comparable high-end hospitality setting.
/li liAt least 2–3 years of experience in Spa Reception or a similar guest-facing position.
/li liPrevious experience in a senior or supervisory role is preferred.
/li liExcellent command of English and Italian; additional languages are an advantage.
/li liStrong knowledge of Spa treatments, wellness experiences and luxury guest expectations.
/li liExperience with Spa booking systems and hotel systems.
/li liStrong organizational and communication skills.
/li liExcellent attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities.
/li liGenuine interest in wellness, hospitality and the luxury guest experience /li /ul h3What we offer /h3 ul liCompetitive salary range €33,000 – €35,000, depending on qualifications and experience.
