Italy Running Sales Representative
The incumbent will be responsible for developing the Company’s Running business across the assigned territory in Italy. The role will focus on managing customer portfolios, achieving sales and profitability targets, and developing new business opportunities.
Responsibilities:
- The employee will lead and execute the field support strategy in the running specialist channel;
- Management of customer portfolios assigned by the line manager;
- Responsible for sales budget and profitability of assigned territory;
- Managing business and public relations with its customers;
- Territory monitoring and control: sales KPI management and sell out monitoring;
- Optimisation, segmentation and qualitative development of the territory;
- Sales plannign activities of actions requested by the manager;
- Forecasting & targeting activities;
- Optimisation and implementation of the specialised Sporting Goods distriution channel;
- Collaboration with customer and credit department;
- Educate and motivate the retailer, consumer, and all key points of contact about the Company via seminars
- and clinics;
Represent the Company at national running events and expos
- - including set-up, interaction with consumers
- and product trial;
- Provide feedback and analysis through weekly reports to measure effectiveness of product initiatives and
- sales strategies.
Requirements:
- Bachelor degree in Economic or equivalent;
- In-depth experience (at least 5 years) with a peculiar attitude to Sports;
- Habit to travel frequently;
- Able to manage complex business negotiations;
- Strong computing skills in office Packege (especially Excel and Power Point);
- Problem soving oriented positive, proactive and flexible attitude;
- Strong comunication, relationship and negotiation skills Teamworking oriented;
- Strong attitude to develop new opportunities;
- Strong commercial acumen and target oriented;
- Running attitude;
- Fluent in English.
Location: Milan
Salary Range: 45.000€– 50.000€
