Milan, Italy This opportunity is based on site in Milan within the oil and gas sector, supporting a major project environment focused on maintenance, inspection and engineering coordination. The role centres on interface management, document analysis, equipment registers and stakeholder coordination across multinational teams. This position offers the chance to contribute to structured project delivery, reporting and technical issue resolution across a complex industrial lifecycle setting. Required Education
* BSc in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent Required Experience
* 5-10 years of experience within oil and gas projects
* Experience in inspection, maintenance and engineering projects
* Experience working within multinational project teams Required Skills
* Strong interface management and stakeholder coordination skills
* Ability to collect, analyse and manage project documentation and applicable legislation
* Experience creating and maintaining equipment registers and purchase order tracking
* Ability to plan and manage interface review schedules and milestone tracking
* Strong communication and reporting capabilities
* Ability to organise and lead interface meetings to resolve technical and project issues
* Computer literacy English language proficiency Preferred Qualifications
