The Commercial Lead will take responsibility for the commercial management of a major data centre project, overseeing cost control, quantity surveying, subcontractor accounts, procurement and financial reporting while leading the project commercial team.
This role would suit an experienced Commercial Lead, Commercial Manager or Senior Quantity Surveyor with a strong background in general contracting, major construction projects and managing commercial operations from procurement through to final
