• Coordinate quality incident management (SCMS, CCMS, OoS), including investigations, root cause analysis and CAPA implementation
• Own the Management of Change (MOC) process and ensure cross-functional execution
• Coordinate maintenance and continuous improvement of the Quality Management System
• Coordinate internal and external audits and ensure effective follow-up of audit findings and CAPAs
• Support deployment of global and regional quality initiatives
• Coordinate the Quality Walk & Audit (QWA) program and continuous improvement actions
• Promote Quality Culture, Compliance and Quality Awareness across the site
• Support the Quality Manager in sharing quality KPIs trend within the organization departments What makes you a good fit
• Degree in Chemistry or Chemical Engineering (preferred)
• 2/3 years of previous experience in a similar role
• Fluent in English Good knowledge of ISO 9001 and FSSC 22000
• Knowledge of SAP is preferred
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills
• Strong sense of organization and planning
• Change management skills
