Job Description
Paid internship where accommodation will be provided for an intern who will contribute to mergers and acquisitions advisory assignments for a client base primarily comprising small and medium-sized enterprises. Your day-to-day responsibilities will include financial analysis, preparing client presentations, financial modelling and business valuation. You will also support due diligence, monitor transaction processes and conduct industry and market research. This is a full-time, on-site internship based in Lucca,
where you will join an experienced team committed to supporting your learning and professional development. Qualifications
• Analytical
skills:
Excellent analytical abilities, proficiency in financial modelling tools and confidence working with numerical data.
• Finance and investment knowledge: A sound understanding of corporate finance and business valuation, together with a grounding in investments and capital markets.
• Due diligence and accounting
skills:
An understanding of due diligence processes, solid accounting fundamentals and the ability to interpret company financial statements.
• Technical and communication
skills:
Proficiency in Excel and presentation software such as PowerPoint, with the ability to produce clear, well-structured documents in French and English.
• Education and motivation: Currently in the fourth or fifth year of higher education at a business school, engineering school or university, specialising in finance, with a strong interest in M&A; transactions and a collaborative approach.
• Language requirement: Proficiency in German is essential. Internship will be remunerated and accommodation will be provided
