• Strong Italian speaking skills and the ability to communicate naturally in conversations.
• Comfort participating in interactive, multi-speaker group discussions.
• Ability to speak spontaneously, respond to others, and contribute actively without reading from a script.
• Good listening skills and the ability to follow conversation guidelines.
• Availability for the full assigned session at the specified date, time, and time zone.
• Access to a quiet recording environment and suitable audio equipment.
• Willingness to engage in natural conversations across a variety of topics.
Key Responsibilities
• Join the assigned session at the scheduled date, time, and time zone.
• Participate in natural, unscripted group conversations on assigned topics.
• Speak regularly, ask and answer questions, and respond appropriately to other participants.
• Maintain an engaging and balanced conversation with fellow speakers.
• Use natural conversational reactions, tone, and emotion.
• Follow all recording instructions and ensure clear, high-quality audio. Required Audio Setup
• A proper external microphone with wired headphones is preferred.
• A good-quality wired headset with a built-in microphone is acceptable if it provides clear, noise-free audio.
• Bluetooth earphones, laptop speakers, open speakers, and low-quality headsets are not acceptable.
• Record in a quiet room without background noise, music, traffic, pets, or other people talking.
• Use the same device, microphone, and headphones for your audio sample submission and the assigned session.
• Speak clearly at a natural volume and avoid echo, distortion, clipping, and handling noise. Selection Process

• Review of candidate suitability and recording setup.
