Within CODIFI, our Logistics and Distribution Department drives the strategic flow of Menarini Group products across our warehouse network. Our daily mission is clear and essential: ensuring seamless, nationwide delivery to wholesalers, pharmacies, and hospitals. • Export Operations Management:



Overseeing and managing the end-to-end export process to ensure accurate execution and seamless international shipments.
• Invoicing & Trade Compliance: Applying essential knowledge of international invoicing protocols and Incoterms to facilitate smooth regulatory compliance and logistics.
• Digital Tools & Communications: Utilizing Microsoft Office applications and professional email tools for efficient daily reporting and operational administration.
• Stakeholder & Network Collaboration: Serving as a primary operational liaison for international customers, company branches, banking institutions, customs offices, distribution hubs, and internal departments across the Menarini Group. For this position, the ideal Candidate will possess the following qualifications and competencies:
• Educational Background: High School Diploma in Accounting or Foreign Languages, combined with a Degree in International Economics (or equivalent).
• Professional

Experience:
0 to 3 years of relevant experience, welcoming entry-level profiles up to junior candidates or more experienced professionals.

Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a proven ability to collaborate effectively within a team environment.
• Language Proficiency: Full professional fluency in both written and spoken English.
• Personal Attributes: Dynamic, highly motivated, detail-oriented, and proactive with a strong problem-solving mindset. The selected candidate will be employed under Category D in accordance with the provisions of the current National Collective Bargaining Agreement (CCNL) for the Chemical and Pharmaceutical Industry, including all applicable contractual and remuneration terms, and in compliance with Legislative Decree No. 96/2026.
