岗位名称：海外物流专员（光伏/新能源） 岗位职责： 1. 国际运输统筹：负责海外业务的国际物流全链路管理，涵盖海运、空运及铁路的订舱、报关、清关与末端配送，保障交付时效。 2. 贸易合规与清关：跟进欧盟、美洲、亚太等重点市场的海关政策与贸易合规要求；基于当地贸易条款（熟悉Incoterms® 2020）及关税政策核算清关成本，确保单证齐全、合规交付。 3. 仓储与库存优化：负责海外成品库存的周转管控及呆滞料清理，制定并执行库存优化方案；统筹海外仓的出入库管理及本地物流配送追踪。 4. 供应商与成本管控：管理并考核第三方物流服务商（3PL），持续推动整体物流费用的优化与降本增效。 5. 跨部门协同：联动销售、计划、财务等部门，闭环管理订单履约流程，提升客户满意度。 任职要求： 1. 本科及以上学历，国际贸易、供应链管理、物流管理等相关专业背景。 2. 具备扎实的供应链管理及国际贸易实务基础，拥有较强的逻辑归纳与数据分析能力。 3. 结果导向，具备高度的责任心和抗压能力，工作主动积极、当责靠谱。 4. 语言与地域要求：中文，英语或西班牙语可作为工作语言，可接受外派。 5. 熟练使用Excel等办公软件，具备较强的数据处理与成本分析意识。 Job Title: Overseas Logistics Specialist (Solar PV / New Energy)

Key Responsibilities
• International Logistics Management: Manage end-to-end international logistics for overseas operations, including freight booking, export customs declaration, import customs clearance, and last-mile delivery across ocean, air, and rail transport,



ensuring timely delivery.
• Trade Compliance and Customs Clearance: Monitor customs policies and trade compliance requirements in key markets, including the European Union, the Americas, and Asia-Pacific. Calculate customs clearance costs based on applicable trade terms (Incoterms® 2020) and tariff policies, ensuring complete documentation and compliant delivery.
• Warehousing and Inventory Optimization: Manage overseas finished-goods inventory turnover and the clearance of slow-moving and obsolete stock. Develop and implement inventory optimization plans, oversee inbound and outbound operations at overseas warehouses, and track local deliveries.
• Logistics Service Provider and Cost Management: Manage and evaluate third-party logistics (3PL) providers, continuously optimizing overall logistics costs and driving cost reductions and operational efficiency.
• Cross-functional Collaboration: Collaborate with Sales, Planning, Finance, and other functions to manage the order fulfillment process end to end and improve customer satisfaction. Qualifications and Requirements
• Bachelor’s degree or above in International Trade, Supply Chain Management, Logistics Management, or a related field.
• Solid knowledge of supply chain management and international trade practices, with strong logical reasoning, information synthesis, and data analysis skills.
• Results-oriented, with a strong sense of responsibility and the ability to work under pressure. Proactive, accountable, and dependable.
• Ability to use Chinese, English, or Spanish as a working language, and willingness to accept an overseas assignment.
• Proficiency in Excel and other office applications, with strong data processing skills and a keen focus on cost analysis.
