- quartered in Luxembourg, we're integration specialists: we connect enterprise applications, data and processes with whatever technology fits the client, from MuleSoft and Apache Camel to custom APIs. Around that core we deliver Salesforce CRM, cloud infrastructure (including Alibaba Cloud), network security (Netskope SASE), 24/7 Managed Services and AI-driven delivery. We're 250 people from 23 nationalities, working with clients in retail, luxury, manufacturing, energy, financial services, telecommunications and logistics. We're looking for a Delivery Manager to join our team in Rende (CS). You'll run integration projects for international clients from kick-off to go-live. W H A T Y O U ' L L D O
• Own day-to-day delivery of your projects from scoping to close. You'll guide the team through development, organise testing and production releases, and manage hypercare.
• Gather and analyse requirements with client stakeholders.
• Build realistic project plans and own the budget, resources and risks to deliver on time.
• Set up KPIs and reporting so everyone knows where the project stands.
• Build lasting relationships with international clients, with occasional travel to client sites.
• Work hands-on with your team to analyse and roll out integration platforms for our clients.
• Spot new opportunities to grow our work with existing clients.
• Share lessons learned and help shape our internal templates and processes, so the whole team keeps raising the bar. A B O U T Y O U
• A master's degree in business, project management or computer science is a plus.
• 3–5 years managing IT or integration projects.
• Hands-on experience with integration platforms and complex tech projects (MuleSoft, Apache Camel, Salesforce, Kafka, WSO2, Dell Boomi…).
• Comfortable with both Agile and Waterfall, and you know when to use which.
• Highly organised, able to juggle several projects at once, and a true team player.
• Client-minded, and confident presenting the value of Cap4 Lab's solutions.
• Languages: fluent Italian and English (both required). French is a plus. W H A T W E O F F E R
