To strengthen our Sales & Reservations team, we are looking for a service-oriented, communicative, and well-organized Reservations Agent (m/f/d) who stands out through professionalism and a passion for delivering excellent guest service. YOUR TASKS:
• Providing personalized advice to our guests and actively selling rooms, suites, and customized vacation experiences
• Receiving and processing individual reservations through all channels
• Reviewing incoming reservations and actively managing bookings and changes
• Sending reservation confirmations, handling general correspondence, etc.
• Continuously monitoring availability and ensuring optimal occupancy
• Carefully maintaining reservation data and adhering to our quality standards
• Actively upselling and cross-selling additional services
YOUR PROFILE
• Completed vocational training in the hospitality industry
• Professional experience in reservations, sales, or front office, ideally in the upscale hospitality sector
• Enthusiasm for selling exclusive hotel stays and providing personalized advice to our guests
• Commitment to the upscale hospitality sector
• An independent, structured, and responsible work ethic
• Strong communication skills, consulting expertise, and a friendly, professional approach
• A solution-oriented and articulate approach in conversational situations
• Proficiency with MS Office applications, particularly Excel and ASA Hotel or comparable hotel management systems
• Very good written and spoken German, Italian, and English
