Project Execution and Controlling: Lead the end-to-end management of emission aftertreatment projects, ensuring timelines, budgets, and quality standards are met Coordinate cross-functional teams, including engineering, production, and supply chain, to deliver projects successfully Monitor project progress, identify risks, and implement mitigation strategies Collaborate with the sales team during the proposal and pre-contract stages to provide project feasibility insights and contractual alignment Assist in preparing customer presentations, technical documents, and cost estimates Serve as the primary point of contact for customers during project execution,
ensuring their requirements are met and expectations exceeded Maintain a strong customer focus and build long‐term relationships based on trust and delivery excellence Actively contribute to technical discussions and problem‐solving during project design and execution phases Support the engineering team in translating customer requirements into practical, efficient solutions Minimum 3-5 years of experience in Project Management, preferably in the Marine or Power Generation industries Hands‐on approach with the ability to multitask and adapt in a dynamic environment Proficiency in Project Management tools and methodologies Italian native and English business level Customer-centric with a focus on delivering results and building partnerships Work with a dynamic, growing international team Collaborate with experts in Engineering and Technology to shape xrdztoy the future of emission solutions Hug Engineering is one of the world's leading manufacturers of exhaust aftertreatment systems for high horsepower engines in mobile and stationary operations .
