WalksDevour is seeking a Freelance Ground Operations Coordinator in Venice to manage daily tour departures, support freelance guides, and assist guests on-site. The role is a hands-on, fast-paced position requiring strong organizational and communication skills, fluency in English and Italian, and the ability to work weekends and evenings.

The position is approximately 25 hours per week, starting in November 2026, based in Venice city centre or near the main meeting points.
