Our expertise includes full-service capabilities, resourcing, and Functional Service (FSP) solutions. /ppThe Project Management Associate (PMA) is aligned to and managed under the assigned therapeutic business unit. The PMA will function operationally as a member of the study team and provide administrative support to the Project Manager (PM) /ph3Key Responsibilities /h3ulliSupport the planning, setup, execution, and close-out of clinical studies, ensuring timelines, quality standards, and regulatory requirements are met. /liliMaintain study documentation, CTMS records, contact lists, trackers, logs, and study files. /liliProvide administrative and operational support to Project Managers, Clinical Research Managers, and CRAs. /liliCoordinate study communications, meetings, agendas, minutes, presentations, and newsletters. /liliAssist with vendor management, investigator payments, invoice tracking, and financial reconciliation. /liliSupport regulatory submissions, audits, inspections, and document translation processes. /liliCoordinate study logistics, supplies, and investigator meeting activities. /liliAct as a central point of contact for study teams and sponsors, fostering effective collaboration and communication. /li /ulh3Qualifications /h3ulliPrevious experience as a CTA or in another entry-level role within a major CRO, such as ICON, PPD, IQVIA or Syneos Health.
