h3Department: Climate Nature Solutions : Business Line Management /h3 h3Location: Italy /h3 h3Description /h3 pWe are open to considering candidates globally for this role; location is flexible. /p pThe Global Lead for Net Zero and Decarbonisation is a senior leadership role responsible for setting the global strategy, growth agenda, and market positioning of Anthesis' decarbonisation offering, ensuring a clear and differentiated proposition that connects client demand with technical expertise. /p pThe role drives commercial success through business development, flagship client engagement, go-to-market leadership, and revenue growth, while also leading innovation, thought leadership, and the evolution of services in response to changing market and regulatory requirements. /p pWorking as part of the Global Business Line Leadership Team, the role influences and coordinates teams across regions to ensure consistent, high-quality delivery, support talent development and strategic hiring, and strengthen collaboration across Anthesis' global network. /p pSuccess is measured through revenue growth, new business generation, strategic client expansion, thought leadership impact, service innovation, and the delivery of a clear long-term growth strategy for the decarbonisation business. /p h3Key Responsibilities /h3 h3Strategic Direction Oversight (20%) /h3 h3Global “Center of Expertise” Strategy Development /h3 ulliConnect client demand with technical expertise to shape the global solution strategy and provide clarity on where Anthesis can successfully compete and differentiate. /li /ul h3Integrated Value Proposition /h3 ulliCollaborate closely with other Climate Nature GSLLs to maximize the client value proposition and demonstrate the strength of One Anthesis.
