Export Sales Operator

We are looking for a driven, proactive candidate to join our Slewing Rings and Ball Bearing Business Unit and play a key role in promoting the wider Gruppo Rima product portfolio.
Key responsibilities
* Assisting the Sales Manager to nurture existing accounts and unlock new business opportunities.
* Prepare commercial proposals and ensure rapid, effective follow-up.
* Spearhead lead generation initiatives and collaborate seamlessly with sales teams across our international subsidiaries.
* Handle order processing and management, with full training provided on our internal ERP and CRM platforms.
* Represent the company at international trade exhibitions and manage post-event outreach.
* Travel internationally for customer visits and events as business needs require. Who we are looking for
* English working proficiency (B2–C1 level).
* Strong proficiency across the Microsoft Office suite.
* Flexibility to travel internationally, in line with the exhibition calendar and sales network demands.
* Full driving licence (Category B).
* Fluency in additional languages.
* Experience with ERP and CRM software.
* Additional technical background.
* Technical qualification or an interest in industrial and technical products.
* Previous experience in a sales team or back office. Who you are
