DWS Group in Milan is seeking a Marketing Manager Public Distribution, VP to lead regional marketing strategies for Xtrackers ETF/ETC platforms, tailoring campaigns to Italian and European markets. You will manage regional digital channels and collaborate with product, sales, and compliance to ensure regulatory alignment.

The ideal candidate has 5+ years in financial marketing, deep ETF knowledge, strong writing skills, and fluency in Italian and English (German a plus).
