Develop and execute top-of-funnel opportunity strategies to build a robust pipeline

Collaborate with Sales Development Representatives to prioritize accounts and share insights
Represent Wellhub at industry events and expand network in HR and Reward communities
Own and manage the sales pipeline with proactive follow-through and disciplined execution
Craft compelling proposals and business cases for major deals
Coordinate with internal teams to close deals and ensure smooth onboarding
Become the product champion with deep knowledge of Wellhub offerings and value proposition
4+ years in driving new business growth, preferably in SaaS sales, HR consulting, or employee benefits
Proven track record closing significant contracts with complex organizations
Exceptional verbal and written communication; persuasive presentations and financial analyses
Relationship builder capable of navigating senior stakeholder landscapes
Proactive, results-oriented with the ability to take initiative
Tech-savvy with CRM and prospecting tools (Salesforce, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, SalesLoft)
Data-driven with ability to translate metrics into actionable strategies
Welfare knowledge including Italian regulations relevant to the sector
Adaptable and innovative in fast-paced environments
