For a parentalleave cover, we are looking for a Marketing & ServicesCategory Specialist. In this role, you will actively contribute to shapingour procurement processes and, together with the Procurement team, ensureefficient and reliable operations. You will support the entire purchasingprocess, from purchase order management to collaboration with internalstakeholders and external suppliers.
YOUR TASKS
- Coordinate and executeoperational procurement processes within the Marketing & Servicescategory
- Support and managePurchase-to-Pay (P2P) processes, including creating, processing, andtracking purchase orders
- Assist the Category Manager insupplier selection, sourcing activities, and contract management
- Collaborate with suppliers andinternal stakeholders on purchasing and payment-related matters
- Support the monitoring ofbudgets, KPIs, and procurement analyses
- Maintain procurement, supplier,and material master data while ensuring high data quality
- Ensure compliance with internalprocurement policies, procedures, and guidelines
YOUR PROFILE
- Completed commercial/businesseducation; initial experience in procurement is an advantage
- Structured, accurate, andreliable way of working
- Strong communication skills andenjoyment of working with a variety of internal and external stakeholders
- Good knowledge of MS Office;SAP knowledge is an advantage
- Good command of German andItalian; English skills are a plus

Inaccordance with EU Directive 2023/970 on pay transparency, the starting salaryfor this position is €37,300 gross per year. Depending on your qualifications,professional experience, skills, and the scope of responsibilities you bring tothe role, the final compensation package may be adjusted accordingly.
