- MNO to take strategic ownership of relationships with some of Italy’s leading Mobile Network Operators. This is a senior, highly visible commercial role where you’ll act as a key interface between Boldyn Networks and our MNO partners. You’ll build trusted relationships with senior stakeholders, develop and execute strategic account plans, protect and grow existing partnerships, and ensure we deliver long-term value for both our customers and Boldyn. You’ll work across commercial, technology, operations, delivery, finance and legal teams, bringing the organisation together around a clear and consistent customer strategy. /ph3What you’ll be doing /h3pOwn strategic relationships with priority MNO customers, building strong partnerships across commercial, technology, procurement, finance and executive leadership teams. Develop and deliver strategic account plans covering customer priorities, existing contracts, operational performance, risks and future growth opportunities. Establish effective account governance, including executive sponsorship, stakeholder mapping, regular engagement and clear escalation routes. Lead account reviews, executive briefings and customer governance forums, ensuring actions and commitments are followed through. Identify opportunities to retain, renew and expand our strategic MNO partnerships. Understand our customers’ evolving priorities and translate them into sustainable commercial opportunities. Lead commercial conversations around renewals, account expansion, negotiation,
forecasting and value protection. Coordinate colleagues across commercial, technical, delivery, operations, finance and legal teams to create a single, aligned Boldyn position for each customer. Manage complex customer or operational issues with pace, credibility and commercial judgement. Build a detailed understanding of each account’s health, opportunities and risks, ensuring these are clearly understood internally. /ph3What success will look like /h3pDuring your first 12 months, you’ll have: /pulliEstablished a clear account governance model across your priority MNO customers. /liliBuilt trusted relationships with key decision-makers and influencers at senior and executive level. /liliCreated concise, actionable account plans bringing together contracts, performance, risk and growth opportunities. /liliEstablished a regular rhythm of customer reviews and executive engagement. /liliDeveloped a strong understanding of customer priorities and partnership health. /liliIdentified and progressed renewal, expansion and strategic partnership opportunities. /liliStrengthened internal alignment around our most important MNO relationships. /li /ulh3What we’re looking for /h3pYou’ll bring significant experience managing complex strategic accounts within telecommunications, mobile infrastructure, connectivity or a closely related environment. We’re particularly interested in people who can demonstrate:
/pulliProven experience managing senior relationships within MNOs or major telecommunications customers. /liliStrong knowledge of the Italian telecommunications market and MNO environment. /liliA track record of building trusted relationships with senior and executive-level stakeholders. /liliStrong strategic account planning and account governance capability. /liliExperience managing renewals, negotiations and account growth within complex B2B relationships. /liliThe ability to navigate large organisations and balance multiple stakeholder priorities. /liliStrong commercial judgement and the confidence to manage challenging customer conversations. /liliThe ability to mobilise and influence cross-functional teams without necessarily having direct authority over them. /liliA good understanding of telecommunications infrastructure, connectivity solutions and MNO operating models. /liliExcellent communication, influencing and presentation skills. /liliA degree-level qualification is preferred, although substantial relevant commercial and telecommunications experience is equally important. /li /ulh3The person we’re looking for /h3pThis role will suit someone who combines commercial credibility with strong relationship-building skills. You’ll be comfortable operating with senior executives while also getting into the detail when needed. You’ll know how to create structure around complex accounts, bring different internal teams together and build genuine customer trust. Most importantly, you’ll think beyond individual transactions.
