Rome (RM) Start Date: November 2026
Your Role
As an Intern you will be part of our Operations CS for Philip Morris Italia and will be reporting to Manager Ecommerce Process & Service Delivery B2C. The position will be based in Rome. In your role, you will join Operations CS Team supporting subject matter experts in delivering business requirements, executing/documenting tests (on processes and systems) and run retrospective sessions.
What You'll Do
Oversee and validate orders placed by B2B customers (Direct Retail, Indirect Retail) to the Distributor and by consumers on e-commerce (B2C) , ensuring optimal stock allocation across the distribution network;
Consolidate Weekly Stock Accessories Availability report for Direct Retail and Indirect Retail (incl. New Launches, Initiatives and Special Projects) in PM Italy reporting suite.
Management of Direct purchases for Brand Retail (events, visual merchandising, fair & events);
Support e commerce operational activities such as customer orders, stock management,
last mile deliveries and payments.
Skills & Capabilities
Degree in Economics, Engineering or related fields;
Literacy in Office Suite, particularly MS Excel;
Excellent communication and teamwork abilities;
Fluency in English and in Italian is mandatory, and will be tested throughout the interview process.
Rewards & Benefits
We offer a Internship of 6 months length, tempo pieno.
For this position, you will receive a monthly allowance of €900.
